Gavin was warm, friendly, helpful, patient and supportive especially as my eyelashes where difficult to deal with while doing my contact lenses. He explained all the tests and results. He also explained the glasses and contact lenses options very clearly. I really do recommend him.

Staff at Aberystwyth were excellent - professional and friendly.
My only suggestion for improvement is the website where it wasn't possible to book an appointment online (I was told repeatedly to enter a valid birth date even though I had selected my options from the dropdown menu correctly). I had to ring up instead, but the staff on the phone were extremely helpful.
